I asked her before she put me on hold, if she would call me back if we got disconnected and she said she was not able to do that. They were set up for incoming calls only. She then put me on hold. i waited on line a long time then she came back on and asked if I was still there. I said yes, several times but she never responed and hung up. I called back, pushed a different extension and received a recording that they were having problems with the token redemption and they did not know when it would be corrected.
Shaun has some excellent points. Why does Kroger have a promo going on that no one knows about?
